I don't think I've heard them all but the dialogue between the P.C. (you), Jan and Viconia is my favourite (ends with Viconia - "I refuse to listen to this". I suspect Jan will feature in most/all replies. Also fond of BG1 P.C. choice - 'Always kill the lippy one first." and BG2 P.C. choice - 'I'm so tired of wordy opponents." - Curdis

I personally love a line from the BG1 expansion. The tour guide that takes you to Durath's Tower says this when he meets your PC in Ulgoth's Beard:
