Where do I get Sara's letter?

Howdy, I don't know how to get into the Vartuggs place...I went through Banshee's walkthrough and it says I need to give him Sara's letter???Is that the Treasure map? Kind of stuck...

You need to give him Mara's letter.
A lot of people have had this problem. I think it's because only some of the guild quest send you to bolen fields and if you're not sent there for some other reason you never meet up with the king of Rohn (king of some place anyhow) The chamber maid does suggest you go there but it seems few do.

Anyhow to answer your question you have to go to Bolen fields talk to the king of Rohn (up by some tents). He will tell you to talk to girl at the inn in fargrove. She will tell you to go to Harrow ruins. There you will meet Mara.
If you have done some of these things then just pick it up were ever you left off. D

Can't seem to find Harrow Ruins... Is it near Fargrove?... :/

The Harrow Ruins are due West of Lake Dread. It is all the way towards the end of that area west of Lake Dread.
