I'm going through the game for a third time now as a Nosferatu and i'm trying to complete the "Gargoyle removal service" quest but when I talk to Strauss about the gargoyle he won't tell me that he is the one who created the gargoyle or give me the amulet that helps you defeat the gargoyle.
Could someone please tell me what the persuasion requirement for this is, I know that talking to Strauss isn't necessary to complete the quest but it is if you want to side with the camarilla at the end and I am planning to do just that so some help would be appreciated.
Strauss ain't talking
Strauss ain't talking
I'm so serious it's comical!

6 is enough, 4 ain't. I haven't tried with 5.
But no worries, you can still go with the Camarilla, even if you don't learn about Strauss's dirty little secret. The requirement is not to betray him, that's all. So unless you like to get the money or magic item from Strauss, it is not necessary to bump up your persuasion (I didn't with Gangrel & Brujah).
BTW I think there is a glitch in the game, because I think it's possible to betray Strauss, even if he didn't tell you about his secret.

I think that God in creating man somewhat overestimated his ability.
