Is there any way that i can play with drizzt in my party?

Create your PC as an Elf (Drow) Ranger... that's the only way. Anyway, you will encounter him during the game.

If you play as Drizzt, he'll have some special stuff to say to you... I'm not sure, though, if you need to have his full name or just Drizzt.

you could enable the cheat mode and then press ctrl Q to make him join.
why would you want him though

Weapons and all...

I defeated Drizzt and company with my antagonist a Wizard, Minsc, Korgan, Haer'Dalis, Jan and Viconia. I snatched up the weapons and dashed for my Planar Sphere and stored it there on the workbench. Mind you this did take a few times to work out correctly.
I am curious though...? Lets say someone were to stash those weapons and armor and keep them in the Planar Sphere till the end of BG2 taking them with you into ToB. Could they be used without interference from that wizard which comes to reclaim the contraband. If he does, how long would you say it would take till he arrives?

The "Region of Terror" mod lets you recruit Drizzt and the rest of his "gang." I have no idea how good or stable it is. But you might check it out here. It's the only one I know of. Otherwise, you could just create a character named Drizzt. I'm sure the relevant pictures and sound sets are othere there. And his equipment could be imported from ShadowKeeper.
