Dungeon Lords Development Still In Progress

Post by lparnell »

The following post was over on the official DreamCatcher Forums on Dungeon Lords.

[INDENT]Hello Everyone,

For those of you feeling a little anxious about no official news, let me re-iterate that development still continues.

There is no additional information at this time, however I am posting this message for those who are concerned as I have noticed this throughout our forum

Thankyou

What I like is that here, as well as earlier, Jeremy has been very careful not to say that the development is going to be a patch, leading to the possibility that HP is working on an expansion pack.

Would anybody here buy an expansion pack, especially if it looked like the new content was just completing what should have been in the original release?

Well, it would depend. If all the expansion pack gave was things like character mods, etc. then probably not. If it gave more quests, more things to do, more clutter in the game to investigate, then yes, I probably would.

I have played the game several times, and I only encountered one crash and one door opening bug. Everything else has been minor (like the quest log not working). I think there are a ton of things that they can do to make the game so much better, but I digress.
