Potential bug?

After convincing Stale-Mary to let me see the Silent King, I entered the portal into the throne hall. Going through the dialog options, I ended by making a vow to keep my silence in exchange for my freedom.

But after finishing the dialog (with my journal updated & having gained the experience), everyone turned hostile on me. I load my saved game before entering the portal & found out that because my party (only Nameless One & Morte a.t.t) wasn't on FULL HEALTH, Hargrimm starts casting healing spells. It seems the casting triggered the hostile reaction, and even Hargrimm too became hostile...

Anyone else can confirm this? Thanks...

this is even after installing the official patch & Platter's unofficial fix...

Thanks, it does look the same. I did once tried the 'talk & run' tactic but even outside the throne room everyone already turned hostile...
