Beast Races
Beast Races
Am I the only one who thinks it was a major drag for beast races not to be able to wear shoes, boots, full helms and other stuff? This is the only thing dicouraging me from being argonian or khajiit. They could have at least replaced the armour that cant be used with equally gud stuff.

It makes sense for them not to be able to wear standard equipment. Although it may have been better if seperate equipment was available, so you could miss out on items whether you played an Imperial or a Khajitt.
Some system like Arcanum with different armour sizes only to be worn by those people might work.
There's one for 'Oblivion'

Most of your protection comes from your cuirass and greaves anyway, so I don't think it's a problem personally.
Why not create an argonian or khajiit specializing in unarmormed for a bit of a challenge? Or, maybe combine unarmored with light armor.
Regardless of the race I play, I tend to wear: cuirass, greaves, (sometimes boots), and bracers. I never wear a helmet or pauldrons. Just personal playing style though

When you think about it, beast races (more like 'best races') are not at too much of a disadvantage. I mean, do you think my Argonian character was saying "wow, I wish I were wearing boots" to himself yesterday while he completed a Morag Tong contract using a shovel? I bet he was thinking something more like "wow, i'm going to hell for this"
Get up, stand up. Come on, throw your hands up.
