Cram: What do you mean by "funny"?
If you mean comical mean funny, then Minsk often gets great lines, so does Jan. Or, do you mean strange things happening, like bug?

It often happens as interactive between NPCs. Jan often tells funny stories, but some thinks he is just annoying. And, of course, Lilacor the talking sword! Sorry, I haven't play BG2 for past few weeks, so I'll come back later.

I don't know about you but Vicona debating with Nalia about the issue about kommunism versus kapitalism took me by complete suprise. Not very funny to read perhaps but quit unexpected.

The whole buisness with carrying the rougestone to the bridge district and opening the door with it was also a quite unexpected easter egg. I always sell them gems and there is no rouge stone found close to that location.

"Portraits" of the ranger and barbarian (plus Uni, the unicorn) from the Dungeons & Dragons animated series in the Adventurer's Mart..

I just love the "supposedly eaten by Tiamat" part.. Image

For me the most humor in the game comes from dialogue that comes up at inappropriate moments. For me the best moment was when we had just finished acing Firkraag. Everyone was down to less than 25% HP except Yoshi (who was dead) and fatigued from two haste spells. And at that very moment, less than 10 seconds after the end of the battle, Aerie starts piping up with a romance line about how much she misses her damnable wings. I was following the romance line for her, so I didn't rag her for it, but I really wished I could have responded by suggesting she try Firkraag's on for size.

...Vic's bragging about her bedroom skills are pretty funny too...especially in the middle of the astral prison.
