Game (disc) troubles...
Well...I was playing kotor and right after Canderous (sp?) joined my party and after the cut scene of Dark Malak being all like "Blow it up"...when the loading thing~a~ma~bob comes up, it always gets stuck above the "O" in Loading...and...uh...after I wait for a time, it says..."Something is screwed up with your disc...or maybe it's dirty" so.......I cleaned it off...but...it still happens every time...and...I've already done EVERYTHING there is to do on Taris...what now?...

Are you opening the program from your Desktop/Start menu?
The configuration options are NOT in the main KOTOR program.
Put the KOTOR CD in the computer and WAIT a few minutes. A window should appear giving you options such as 'Start', 'Configuration', 'Exit'.
If the autoloader is not appearing then you may have to open the configuration program manually.
I'll have a look on my computer to see where it is.
If you need to open it manually, go to your KOTOR installation folder (normally Program Files\LucasArts\KotoR) and run swconfig.exe.
