propylene (possible spoilers)
Ok the other day a was wandering around east of Suran looking for this Umbra dude. I went down and hit the coast and found a pyramid called telasero. Thinking it was a daedric shrine I went in looking for some good weapons. I went in and there were about 20 million ash slaves, some corprus stalkers and a few dreamers. I went to the lower level and found something called a propylene index. I went up stairs and there were these shrine things iwent up to them and it said "You do not have the index for this propylene. What was this?

This topic has been covered quite extensively. I just typed Propylon into the search engine and came up with the following results. There should be something here that answers any of your questions
