I can't get into the shop. I go to where it's marked on the map, but the door won't open, and it doesn't even say anything?
Is there something I'm doing wrong?
I freed the thief in the jail, and he told me to go and see her.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks.

If you're at ground level, you're in the wrong place. You have to climb up onto the walkway (northeast of the shop).

Me: "It's a great way to get promoted, I know that much."

Good Gods and I've been there before.

Thanks SWC as I finished the Custard Mansion quest and kept going back
only to find no one home. ARRGH! Dumb! I found it was the upstairs or
balcony door by accident early. I think they should fix this in the Walkthrough
so I don't get dizzy running in circles.
The map is handy though I wish you could enlarge it for the area you are
in to get a better idea of where you are and how to get where you want
to go. `Divine Divinity` had it right if I remember it correctly and they also
had the best transportation combo of any game. I haven't heard much
about `Beyond Divinity` and what I heard was to good.
Back to the quest and maybe a midnight tryst with Deliah
