I have enjoyed playing this game very much. I have gone thru the game twice now. Once as a Stargazer, Shugenja, Rouge and this last time as a Ranger Lord, Enchantress, Fighter. Both times I have gotten to the final maze and can't get one of the last gates to open. I have tried swinging my sword at all of the walls. I have tried the Dragon Head staff that shoots fire at all of the walls. All I get is if I wait for about ten minutes after each battle I get what I believe is the standard random encounter of three succubi and demons that wont come down and fight. It takes about 45 minutes for me to kill all three not because they are hard but because they are so high, to hit one is a random event. They don't even fire at me. I can't seem to get the last gate or next to last gate to open After two days of this it has become tedious to the point where the game is no longer fun. I know some have made it to the end but after two attempts I think I will move on to something else. I will keep an eye out for a patch that might address the problem I encounter. You might want to try DLBeholder or DLTuner (look in the Dream Catcher forum for Dungeon Lords). I can certainly understand your frustration, and while these are cheats, at least you can get past that last door and see the end of the game - you are so close.
