Is this a bug? (possible spoiler)

When i speak to Divayth Fyr after completing the mainquest he says that i dont fullfill the nerevarine prophecies and he says i should talk to Tholer Saryoni in the high fane in Vivec but when i speak to him he just say that Dagoth Ur is dead and the blight is gone bla bla bla so i wonder if this is some kind of bug and if it is how do i fix it?

It's a bug. There is a trigger that fires after a certain date for the Nerevarine quest. It was supposed to be that if you don't become Hortator and Nerevarine of Ashlanders by that time, you will be directed to Saryoni directly. However, apparently Bethesda forgot to put a check to see if you have already completed the Nerevarine prophecies.

Not significant, and doesn't break the game, don't worry.
