Wepon craft and Speaking bug

Hi,
First where do I find the last piece for the equillizer pommel and or the shadow guild bow?

Second, when I speak to some people say Edwin when I`ve been sent to him he doesnt speak to me and it says the he appears to be busy.... as is for the captain with the "skinning" problem.... and rosie and alot more people.... Wy is this?

Equilaser parts can be found at:
1-Irenicus` dungeon (gem)
2-Mind flayer area,the table (hilt)
3-Beholder area,evil eye (blade)
With the shadow thief bow you must mean Gesen..right?
1-Tanner shop basement(shaft)
2-Spellhold prison,room with golems(string)
The busy thing is just a bug,probably.Have you got any mods installed?

Nope, no mods... and daXXit and I cant speak to anyone with quests anymore! Everyone appears to be busy.

It's a bug, update to the latest official patch and it'll fix it.

It hasn't worked 100% for me -_-, still it'll reduce the amount of scripting errors.
