Favourite optional party member? (Spoilers)
Also, does the existence of this particular optional character make you play the game a certain way?
I voted for HK-47. The great conversation always makes Nar Shadaa my preferred first planet and he can be a powerful ranged fighter despite his lack of feats. He adds variety to the large number of Jedi characters by the endgame.

HK-47 on love
Definition: 'Love' is making a shot to the knees of a target 120 kilometers away using an Aratech sniper rifle with a tri-light scope...Love is knowing your target, putting them in your targeting reticule, and together, achieving a singular purpose against statistically long odds.

mira rocks!
although i loved handmaiden's combat skills, i love mira's personality even more. plus, those rockets came in handy for me a lot, and most the time shes pretty hard to kill.

HK is easily the best character, but I did enjoy both the handmaiden and Discpile ( I played as both female and male) Disciple comes in quite handy when ur a consular in battle since he is a soldier, and Handmaiden has a look to her, and she also comes in ahndy as a male consular. Hanharr sucks expcet for teh fact that he is a beast in battle. Mira has a good personality but isnt too good in battle from what I find.
But HK has the best story/personality of any NPc in eitehr game. Gotta love em, meatbags.

I voted for Hanharr, because, well... he's like unstoppable in combat...
and if you use wookie fury..... he is like a tank

It's toss up between HK and Mira. Mira probably gets the edge, because HK was not terribly interesting for a lightsider in this game. Honestly, I found HK much more fun in the first game. Mira had more spirit and life than the other major young female character in KoTOR2. Handmaiden and Visas were both fairly dull, or predictable. Mira was, at least, a remotely interesting character, though still she paled in comparison to more fully fleshed out NPCs like Bastilla, Mission, or Kreia. Most of the optional NPCs felt incomplete to me in KoTOR2.

Im tied between handmaiden and HK-47. The former, I just tended to like more in the game, cause Mira only had a few funny moments, and HK-47 cause I liked him in the first game, and what he says in the second. (HK-47, what is the definition of love?)

Oh ya, and if I choose Handmaiden, I tend to go Lightside, and vice versa with DS/HK.

This question is like saying is the pope catholic? Its got to HK-47. he's funny, cookoo, sociopathic, and extremly cool. i mean, he just rocks, and the pacificist program makes him even funnier. i would love to have him for real, due to the fact that he calls all humans meatbags. how funny can 1 robot be?
Skandaman, back from the dead, and now kicking butt again. Fear him for he's angry and fillled with sugar. Mmm sugar.
