Can someone confirm that the Budoka gets a learning bonus for Ninjutsu?
The other eastern classes seem to get their learning bonus for Ninjutsu only at third class (Shaolei Master, Kenjasai)...
So if any Budoka can shed some light on this I would be appreciative.

Yes, Budoka get Ninjutsu.

That wasn't really what I was asking though...I wanted to know whether or not they get a LEARNING BONUS for Ninjutsu.

I did, but I wasn't sure if it was accurate seeing as no other eastern class had a learning bonus for Ninjutsu until tier 3, and the Budoka information was incomplete as it was... (read the requirement list)

Sorry, I misunderstood. Yes, Budoka get a learning bonus in ninjutsu (among other things).
