Favorite Quest
What is your all time favorite quest? For example my favorite quest would probably have to be the Ocean View Hotel quest. It wasn't overly scary but I liked how it sort of maintained a level of tension through the entire quest. The best part is were you are in the abandoned elevator shaft and you look up and the elevator is coming down on you, simeltaeneusly mundane but brilliant.
And the cry went out across the galaxy "Execute Executive order 66" and just like that the Jedi order was decimated.
In terms of atmosphere the Ocean View Hotel quest is way on top. Even after playing it several times, it remains creepy.
But in terms of gameplay, I really like Society of Leopold quest. It's a quest were, apart from social skills, you can really bring all your skills into play and gameplay tends to vary quite a bit between clans. And its a quest that with playing to your strengths is a breeze, but that can kill you very quickly if you don't use your strong points to your advantage.

I think that God in creating man somewhat overestimated his ability.

I'm not really fazed by the Ocean House quest - to me, the scariest and most athmospheric has got to be the Malkavian Primogen one - with all the nutty people rocking back and forth... I really hate that quest - it just spooks me right out. I have to keep pausing it and going for a walk round the house to chill myself out halfways through!

yep, the creepiest have got to be either Grout's mansion or the Ocean House Hotel... but.. i seemed to enjoy the Society of Leopold and Giovanni Mansion quests a lot. and maybe any of the ones where there are tons of baddies to rip through. thats good too. ehehe.

Ocean House, Calling Dr. Grout, and the rest don't spook me that much. My fave has always been the part of the main quest where you are tasked with finding Barabus in Chinatown, largely because there are many opportunities to go full-tilt bozo on large groups of heavily armed Tong soldiers. It's a fabulous opportunity to learn how best to use your skills, abilities, and disciplines when facing large groups of baddies. Of course, the quote of the witness on the news after you've killed every last living soul in Glaze is kind of gratifying, too: "I wouldn't have believed one person could do that."
I always make a special trip to my haven just to hear that particular news report. It's the closest thing you get to a pat on the back.

I'm not sure if I have an absolute favorite quest.
Probably, the "Society of the Professors" is one of the more challenging quests - at least in the since, that you have to mix a large number of skills.
For atmosphere, Calling Dr. Grout is probably my favorite - though, Ocean House and Griffith Park are both exceptionally well done, as well.
For side quests, the Plague Bearer's Quest was very entertaining, and had a little bit of intrigue in it.

New Favorite
I just found a new favorite. The Giovanni mansion. Historically, I've done it one of two ways: A) sneak in the back, or B) play it straight. Tonight, I got there, and I didn't have anything in particular to check out, so I figured, "Let's just go full-goose bozo". So I conned the invitations, walked in the front door, went upstairs, and started fighting.
It was a nice segue. I got the initial guard problems, and then found myself in a boardroom with about 8 Giovanni elders who would calmly stand around and let you beat the crap out of them (you can't kill them and they don't fight back - possible bug), and then the above-ground zombies, and guards, and the Boss, then the underground zombies and finally the Chang brothers. All in all, it was a very entertaining fight, largely because I got all of the nasty resistance before I got to the enbalming room. Too cool.

I really liked the Ocean House...(spoilers)
...mainly because it's almost entirely psychological fear. There are only a couple of areas where you can take real damage, and there is absolutely no fighting challenge, so it doesn't matter if your character is a Brujah asskicker or a scholastic type whose favourite activity is enjoying a sherry glass full of O negative while reading up on Old Kingdom religious beliefs.
Yet it still can get the blood pressure and pulse going, even after a few plays.

There are a lot of really good quests. The haunted hotel is great but after the first playthrough it became somewhat boring. The same goes for Grout's mansion. I really enjoy the Chinatown quests all in all, between devious traps, armies of thugs, and some really interesting scenarios (little Japanese hunter and the fish monster comes to mind) I just really enjoy that entire section of the game. My absolute favorite mission would have to be Surf's Up though. There's a few ways to go about it. There's some hidden loot. And it's your first large scale combat.

My favorite quests are also, ironically, the quests I hate to replay the most. Grout's Mansion is so darn creepy it freaks me out every time, and the Griffith Park quest is so unbelievably nerveracking ( I must have played that 10 times before I beat it) it's great.

Ming must die is my favorite for straight combat (kings way + sewers arn't bad for that either), mainly because i favour melee combat and her katana wielding guards are the best melee oponents in the game - plenty of them too
(the swats and ventrue in LacCroixs tower don't count as they have guns) and it provides a good workout for the Tal'mahe'Ra Blade.
For replay value the Giovanni mansion is easily the best as there are so many ways to go about it from how to get into the house (invitations, persuasion, just kill everything) to conversation(s) inside or the lack thereof... .

Ocean House still has my skin crawling, even when I know what is coming. Grout's Mansion, it's creepy and I feel bad about having to kill his victims.... The DMP studio's, not because of the critters but the film sets, the hints at what may have transpired there, and why ... bah.
Well, some H&S fun, dining at, erhm, on the Giovanni's - berserking Mira is such a nice way to start a brawl - and all missions involving hunters. Draining them seems so ... appropriate.
Mhh, Venus' mission ... it's cool, just casually walk throught the penthouse, kill Boris' guard, kill Boris, and then casually walk out.
Actually, most missions are great.

The Ocean House quest and the Werewolf in Griffith park are defenitely the scariest for me! At least psychologically... :speech:
But my favorite quests are The Society of Leopold and Calling Dr. Grout
However, I really dont like the fighting-with-the-zombies part of the Giovanni Mansion and the Plague-bearer's last part cause I hate everything that is or looks like a zombie.
I dont like the King's Way quest either cause I hate the head runners very very very much !

I must agree with most of the previous posts here: I am a fan of the ocean house quest as well. There are still times, when I am playing with all the light off, that something catches my eye and sends a chill down my spine - fantastic.
I think my other personal favourite is the Fu Syndicate quest. To me, this is the ultimate use of all your talents, thus far. The dialog exchange and explanation of the events is well done and the different chambers, finally leading to the computer hacking is well played to use all of your acquired talents.

I didn't find the Ocean House as bad as everyone else seems to. It was a little weird the first time, but i had just become a vampire and was accepting all sorts of weird things as normal so I didn't look like a fool.
I liked the warewolf fight: it was the first time I had to run, and run I did. (Throw me halfway through a building will it...)
My favourite quest would be either be stopping the gangrel murderer (can't think of his name) simplpy because it flows through such a large portion of the game or finding the artifacts for "Pisha" for the fact that it is very Beckett like archeology.

i really like the one where you help ash rivers escape from the asp hole,I don't remember what the mission is called but both outcomes are very amusing though i prefer slicing through the vampire hunters, thats fun. also what he says at the very end of the quest is really amusing but cheezy.
also the fu syndicate quest, it's very very creative how they put it all together. and the guy with the cross during the van helsing experiment was really funny, you go near him and he starts running away like a baby.

All I can say is that all of the quests are incredible.
Some are incredibly easy, while others are incredibly hard  (sorry for the cheesy lines)
I found that all quests have their advantages and disadvantages and its your witts that get you out in one piece. For example, During the Italian dinner quest, I did not have enough seduction instead, I sort of lied that the dead wispered their secrets (or something like that) That got Nadia to give me an almost personal tour of the enbalming room.
So, you learn a lot of different things if you interact with all the characters.
