Where are these Tradesmeet items?

Hi,
I can't seem to find the following items. This site lists them as being available from Tradesmeet merchants but I can't seem to find them! Can anyone tell me more precisely where they are. Thanks

Tanesherons's Bow +3
Belt of Inertial Barrier
Cloak of Displacement

You need to solve the quests first. After that you can buy them at the merchant, who looks like a noble.

I have done the Druid Grove quest + the Tiris one. I have not done the fighting Noble's one though. Is this required before I can buy the itmes?

I didn't get any of those items either. But then again I didn't know they were available. Just a suggestion for the nobles quest possible spoiler ahead

take the quest and play it 'good' and give the item they want to the mayor for good experience and a reputation point. Then go to the nobles house next door to the Tiris house (SW of the fountain). Try to pick pocket the noble to piss him off. Kill him (and the guards) and take his elven chain mail. Dual class Mages can wear it and still cast spells!
