I just read the Bioware chta log and one of their staff mentioned this area to be hidden and hard to come across. Anyone knows this place? I think I pretty much did every quest possible and this name just doesn't click... Maybe it's because I always kill first, talk later

Actually killing and asking questiona later is the only way to actually access Jaraxles area.

He's in Ust'Natha. A drow merchant will try and swindle you a magical rope at some point when you got a good standing with the matron mother, and right after you hear her daughters backstabbing schemes, wich leaves you a lot of time to explore the whole city before saving the dragon eggs. Can't miss that merchant methinks.

Oh, that one. I did that quest but never remember his name... I remember it by the quest of killing a lich and loot his booty.

Just so you remember who's booty to loot, and keep your looting away from my booty, we'll be fine.
