i cant enter the ghostfence help

two questions can somebody help
1 i need to finish the temple first quest of the shrine pilgrimage but when i arrive in ghostgate fence and press the swich my game give me an error i went on to finish some other quest but i still can get in there is a way to solve this problem ? help

2 i finished all the fighters and the mages quest and i am master and archmage. for the thieves guild i think i am ring leader, i was able to do the thieves master first quest but when i return tohim after speaking with percius about the help us fight quest he is not in the bookstore anymore where he is .? :

If you are on PC, do you have the most recent patch?

Regarding your first question, you should just be able to levitate over the fence, and thus, quite literally, get around the problem.

regarding your second ? he might of disappeared. its kinda weird but when i was playing a game the orc chick in the mages guild, (the one that you have to go to about the main quest) she just disappeared also. unless you killed him.
