Jahiera romance(bug ???spoiler???)

While in the mind flayer area of the sewers,I have just been asked for the 7th or 8th time"Do you enjoy combat?"Is she stuck?Or is this normal?I am pretty sure I have done her romance correctly,and even got a laugh out of her after she killed dermin.Any help would be welcome,I've been lurking here for a couple weeks,and have read that romances are on hold during chaps 4&5,and I' fixing to take out the vampires at the end of chap 3.Plus I've done pretty much every single quest that I can find to drag out the time.She nags me about combat one more time,and I'll start to confuse her with my wife.

If she keeps asking you the exact same thing over and over, that sounds like a little bug my friend. If she does it again, try rebooting then hope for the best. Otherwise see about loading an earlier game and see where that takes you. But that's just my two cents.

Sounds like you killed DERMIN (the harper guy) BEFORE you got the "a new dawn....dawning" something dialogue from Jaheira. What happens then is that the Jaheira romance locks up...and keeps looping at the same dialogue.....try reloading a previous saved game before you met DERMIN the third time.....and get the dialogue BEFORE you kill him.....then everything should work out fine.....

Hmm, in my romance I have a bug, but not quite the same.... I killed Dermin (on time me thinks) but I havn't had a romance dialog for ages... my last one was something about her looking for an excuse to avoid me (me being a bhaal child) and then said she needs to think more (as per usual)... and Terminsel hasnt shown up, even tho ive rested for a month or so.... oh, and I havnt gone to the asylum yet, ive completed all quests in and around athkatla, and im waiting for a something to show before I report to Bohdi that i've killed Aran....
