Where can i buy high lvl spells?

Im playing a solo game and my mage just hit lvl 18 (took the cap off). this means that i can cast a lvl 9 spell, but i dont know where to get them from. does anybody know? and i dont have ToB just SoA.
and by the way, how do i get into the underak?

You can find some spells in the Underdark. You get there by the Koa city.

Guys,

Good ol' Ribald also sells some *nice* ninth level spells at the adventurer's mart. You might want to look there.

8th and 9th level spells can be found:

as a random item in different areas
on Amnish guards when you pickpocket them (rare)
in Spellhold in different containers
in stores in the Underdark
in Ribald's special stock upon returning from the Underdark
