Model Citizen.. What The?!? Help

I completed the model citizen quest for Imalia without being seen, I activated the computer and received positive feedback. I was never caught in the place. When I went back to Imalia to collect she claims that I was caught and not successful and should have killed the model. I looked at the paper that was on Imalia's desk and it showed that the model was caught in beastiality. What went wrong. I am not sure why it shows as a failed quest. Please advise.

If you do a search on the forum on "Imalia" or "Model Citizen", you'll find quite some tidbits of information. This has been discussed before.
Probably you were not seen but Tawni or her Boyfriend noticed something was not right (did you hear them saying things like "who's there" or so). It can be enough to make the quest fail.

I recommend patching thoroughly, as well. The unofficial patch fixes some aspects of the Tawni quest. All in all, though, its just a bugged quest.
