I'm almost certain I have seen a mod that expands the the Chief Factor's residence in Raven Rock, but for the life of me I can't seem to find it. I just spent a fruitless hour at The Summit, and I've also tried a Google search.
Since I'm nearly at that point in my game.... I thought it might be fun to add the expansion I'm *sure* I've seen.
If everyone remembers the correct name of the mod, or actually has a copy they could send me I'd be most grateful. If you have the mod and don't mind passing it along, just PM me and I'll give you my email address. Thanks!

I found this, though the description apparently indicates that it only adds new content to the existing house without adding extra areas. Might be what you're looking for though.
