space battles with sith fighters

I just wondered if you receive any experience, credits, etc during the random space encounters when you travel from planet to planet.

Anyone know?

I am not sure. However, since it is called a mini-game, I am guessing not.

I'm fairly certain there was no tangible benefit to completing that mini-game in the first KOTOR (with the exception of not dying....).

Probably why it was all but cut from the second one... but they gave you exp for doing that. Though, you dont really have to worry about dying all that much planet from planet...that made me sad. I liked being wanted and tracked down. It seems to give you more from the game, and makes me feel mre into the game. So there is a point...its to keep your interest... its just that it doesnt give you money. Like swoop racing.
