Need help starting a multiplayer game

I want to play a game where all the characters are pc's so i created all the characters and now am waiting at the main screen. However, the done button is still shaded out. I took the second choice of internet. Do i need to do something else? choose a different type of connection?

Did you click on the Tick button on the side of the characters?
