Bowerstone Tavern Celler?

Bowerstone Tavern Celler?

How do you get to the celler under the tavern in Bowerstone? I have tried the door at all hours of the day and night? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You have to click on the statue at Lookout Point when it is pointing at Bowerstone (around 3AM). Then the door will open.
