i have the es3:GOTY for xbox and i have comited some serious crimes and now i am branded a outlaw.. every time i talk to gaurds they attack me what should i do?

Well how much gold do you have? You could go to the thievbes guild to get your bounty taken care of for a fraction of the price. Go to the south wall corner club in balmora, the rat in the pot in ald ruhn or dirty muriels inn in sadrith mora

I agree, though the requirements to join aren't too high and once you've joined you will have access to that kind of bounty disappearing service. The biggest problem is when you get a mission from another organisation that conflicts with something the Thieves want you to do (such as killing them ).

Yes, but there's a straight-forward way around that, simply involving doing one quest before another. Search on thieves, and you'll see what I mean.
