problems with the odious chalice
hi everybody, I have a problem with the odious chalice and it is as simple as that i don't know how to use it!!!! I tried feeding with the blood bar full, but it does not get any drop of blood on it,so it is completely useless unless I learn how to use it.
Can anyone help me?
Thnx!

It's not the way to fill the Chalice. It will fill as you kill human opponents, then you can feed from it and it will refill again as mentioned

thank you so much guys!, I thought it was made so you can drink blood without killing and fill it anyway,so, if I got it right, I must drink them dry so the blood points are stored, right?
thanks again!
thanks again!
To clarify, it does not fill when you kill someone by drinking their blood. It does fill when you kill people by normal combat methods. By the time I got the chalice I rarely used shooting, so can't vouch for that, but traditional hacking and slashing definitely causes the chalice to fill.
Predictably, shooting fills it up too. I actually thought that draining humans filled it up (I've drained quite a few rats and noticed that I gained some blood points from doing that). I'll have to test it one of these days. All in all, though, it takes quite a few kills to fill it up.

As it says in the description: it fills itself with the blood spilled by your opponents. So any method of damage dealing to your enemies that causes them to spill blood should help fill it.
So I'd say:
- damage by weapons is sure to fill it
- any damage/attack that adds to your blood pool is sure NOT to fill it, since no blood is spilled (feeding, communion of the bloodsuckers, bloodstrike & bloodsalvo)
- cases which I'm not sure of: those attacks that don't seem to cause blood to spill (suicide, possession, mass suicide, vision of death,...).

I think that God in creating man somewhat overestimated his ability.
