I met Vartuug and he asked to find Valdane free him and get a vial of his blood. I've searched every corner of the forbidden lands without succes. Where is he ???

Valdane's whereabouts

He is in the Dungeon/Tomb in the Sagathian Moors.

Please, one more question

I think I know what you are talking about, is it a small octogonal stone building ? if this the case, it says I need a special item in order to get in, and once again i have no clue as to where to look.

If you have the world map that came with the game then Naga temple is due west of Skulldoon in the swamp area. If you don't have a world map you can get one in the walkthrough under 'world map'. Head out of Skulldoon south till you come to a fork in the road. Head west and stay on the road till you come to the swamp. Hug the mountains on the north till you come to a stone wall, past the wall is Naga temple.
