Who in Ulmar hills sells scroll cases?....need help

I am desperately looking for that person that sells scroll cases in Ulmar hills. I have already killed the Shadoewhatchamacaller guy and all buy I can't find the guy that sells the scrool cases..... any responses would be greatly appreciated.... thanx

so noone has any clue who sells the scroll cases in Ulmar Hills...I got a gembag but thats about it! and I really need it!!! Please help

I don't think anyone sells the scroll case in Umar Hill. There is one marchant in Trademeet who sells the case.

Try buying a scrollcase in Athktala. The merchant at the Copper Coronet has one, I think.
