yes well i drink water/some juice but nothing more than that.. i'm considering about eating smth tomorrow at lunch break...

Just my curisoity...and wondering how long you had to go until lunch..
Sounds like Melba toast to me....I can come in a few different grain types....its yummy with hummus....
