Can i change viconia alignment in tob even though i dont have a romance with her ?

You can change Viconia's alignment (or any other character's for that matter) using a editor called Shadowkeeper. There are also many other things you can do with it for your cheating pleasure.

not through dialog but in bg1 there was the helm of opposite allignment (changes the wears alighnment to the exact opposite - is cursed) which you can still summon into bg2 by usining the CLUA commands.

it's code is somewhere between helm01 through helm20 but i don't know the exact one.

It works well on Sarevok too - who would've know he'd have such a change of heart...

Use shadow keeper to give the helm to whom ever.

LOL allignment change isn't only about the stat it's about that the person actually changes.I think vic's allignment is only changble trough romance :(
