what determins if a spell is copied to your book? Or is it a random chance??

Check the manual, it has a chart i think. One number I remember off the top of my head is if u have 19 int, theres a 95% chance or something like that. At 18 I think its like 90%. And it goes down with less int

9 - 35%
10 - 40%
11 - 45%
12 - 50%
13 - 55%
14 - 60%
15 - 65%

23 - 99%
24 & 25 - 150%
