If I'm not mistaken most of the enemies have never ending True sight casts as part of their scripts. Also I'm not sure with Tanova but she has the ability to either see through Protection from Undead and/or Invisible.

Damn cheesy PC beatniks.

There's always the Azure edge Bang death in User Friendly's cheese guide.

That mostly depends on what mods you have installed.
Tanova didn't have endless truesight, and I did kill it that way, one might just try and see it's possible
