I have question regarding npc level. I am level 1 (cleric/mage), imoen is thief level 2.At the begining i go straight to friendly Arm Inn to colect Khalid and Jaehira (Khalid is level 6????). Then I go north for paladin Ajantis he is also level 6 ???? Are this levels ok?

That's odd. NPC's are supposed to be around the same level of experience as the PC character. It could be a bug in which case I'd recommend installing the latest patch (if you haven't already).

Yes I have installed the latest patch and baldurdash-fixpack. Also I didnt mention that I installed a couple of mods (harder bg1 patch, Dark side of the sword Coast, Comforge, The gray clan episode 1,...) Maybe is that the problem?

Wow, that'd be cheesy.

Install the official path before installing baldurdash patches. Baldurdash usually fixes stacking items, and "minor" bugs related to the cheesyness of the game, not big engine stuff (such as this one sounds to be)
Flesh to stone ain't permanent, it seems.

I don't recommend using mods unless you're absolutely sure what you're doing. I recommend you finish the game a few times before playing with mods.
The problem is that the people with the most ridiculous ideas are always the people who are most certain of them.

Thanks to everbody.
I think that I solved the problem. It was compatibility of some mods and order of instaling them (dark side of the sword coast ). Thanks to "Red Carnelian from chosen of Mystra forum"
