I have seen many posts that talk about Fargrove being locked down but no one has said how you get in once it is locked down. How is this done?

After you've completed the Arindale quests, it'll open back up.

Thanks, the only thing I hadn't done is go back to Emmindor after finishing at Talendor. I was in a hurry to get my battlemage certificate.
