Need money

I have recently started playing TOEE, and find it really nice, but hard.
Also I had some problems running the game, but LORD PLOTHOS had good instructions and patch2 helped to get me going.

Question is: How can I open console command screen where I can write the cheat codes?
Just a little money...

please help...

Hold "shift" and press "~". Sometimes you need to do it more than once or hold it for a sec, but it should open up as long as you have patch 2 installed. (If you have a UK keyboard, the key you press is not "~", but rather the other sign logicians use for negation, which should be next to "1" and below "esc".)
