I cannot leave Skuldoon

This gy Mundruff don't open the doorto Vartugg. I gave him Maras letter, but nothing happens. So I cannot leave Skuldoon, because I cannot talk to Vartugg. What can I do??? Sorry my English but I am German speaking.

Stuck in Skulldoon

There are two staircases in Vartrugg's fortress. When you gave the letter did it say V would see you now?

When you go back to Skuldoon after getting Mara's letter, talk to the guy behind the barred window. You say; 'I want to see Vartugg' and he will say; 'he will see you now.' Turn to the right and run to the wall and turn left. A once locked door has now opened. Follow the passage up the steps and straight through the door to Vartugg.
