Need a little help with quests.

I'm nearing the end of the game, and I think maybe I'm missing out on some of the quests. Whether I missed something, don't understand the quest structure, or have run into bugs, I would appreciate knowing how it's supposed to be.

I started as a female elf adept. I joined the celestial temple and the mage's guild. I can not get any more quests from anybody. I have the following icons on my chracter bar: adept, mage, sorcerer, paladin, crusader. I missed joining the sisterhood as described in the walkthrough.

I think I have the most I can get from the celestial temple.

1. I thought I had one more coming from the mage's guild, and for a long while I had a quest in my log to bargain with the guy in tomb of souls, as well as the same quest from Vartug. When I put Valdane's blood on the alter, both quests disappeared ... ?? Vartug acknowledged it when I bargained, but no mage will say anything.

2. I thought I would get something for freeing Valdane, aside form the vial of blood. Nobody will talk about it (except Vartugg).

3. I never got the chance for a class increase in the Eastern houses. I completed the two quests, got my reward from the girl in Inn (who now won't talk). But in the House of the Tiger and the House of the Dragon, if I go through the dialog menu, I get the same quests, as if they don't know I've done them. ??

4. I got the quest from Staroxia to get the relic, but although I finished the Shadow Ruins and turned in the relic, she just urges me to hurry, and repeats the quest.

I just have the feeling that I missed something. And I would like to get one more Heraldry icon, so I don't finish with a blank slot in that box.

Separately, I see in the walkthrough I need the Demon key to fight the boss in the Tomb of Souls. Evidently I don't have it, since that door wouldn't open. The walkthrough says it's in the Naga Temple, but where ? I thought I cleaned that place out.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The short answer is that you didn't miss anything. The game is just sloppy and incomplete. The heraldries don't even work.

As for the Tomb of Souls, I'm not sure why you thought the mage's guild had anything to do with it. The only quest you get for it is from Vartugg. And the demon key just unlocks the door to an optional demon. You can get the key when you free some prisoners from the naga temple, but after they've "escaped" it's too late.

Thanks for the response. There are all sorts of questions, but it really doesn't seem worth following up. As you say, it is a sloppy peice of work.

I played this Game ( Dungeon Lords ) and i Reached to the Tomb of Souls, i could not go inside, I have Valdanes Blood and i am a Deathlord . but i am stuck, so that i decided that this is the END of My Ambitions in this RPG game so that i bought Another RPG Game. what to do ?? please Help.

To enter the tomb of souls, you have to put valdane's blood on an altar in the Vale of Ruin, and get the secret password from a Valkyrie who then appears.

In order to get into the Vale of Ruin, you have to get a secret word from Staroxia in the forbidden lands, then tell it to a crazy wizard in the Northern Steppe. He will give you the moonbridge code to get to the Vale of Ruin.

I would suggest that you look through the walkthrough here. It will answer most such questions.
