How do you re-charge staffs?

Sell them to a merchant then either buy or steal them back. If you go the second route choose a merchant who is easy to steal from (The theives guild is among the easiest). - Curdis !

There are different ways to recharge them in PnP D&D, but they weren't implemented in this game.
