Why the chlorine thrower? Why not scare people to swimming pools instead. stink up their lives that way...

I decided that I needed an effective weapon to use against the masses to distibute chlorine. Magrus said the watersupply, but I thought it was too widespread, so I got the thrower. I can hit any target I want and get perverse pleasure out of it.

Heh, I wasn't even referring to pressure washers. I meant those things on top of vans used to disperse protesters. They make pressure washers look like pea shooters...
