hello

is it possible to have all stats maxed out even before you beat jack in the final quest?

Yes, but that would require lots of random, pointless battles, using all types of skills (melee, magic, and archery) to get more experience points, and lots of time.

I have a Sword of Aeons which cause 230 damage,but I heard that there is a Sword of Aeons with a 550 damage.How can I get such sword?

It's quite simple.
1) Go to "Cliffside Path"
2) Move out of building - skeletons will araise
3) Move back to round building
4) Turn on magic shield, so you don't loose multipler if you are hit
5) Cut skeletons untill you have enough general points(skeletons will araise forever, in pairs)

I recived in this way max general points (999999) and mulipler 272.

P.S.: If I did mistake, please correct me. I'm not good in English.

P.S.2: Sword of Aeons with damage 550 is only in Fable, not in Fable: TCL.

The Sword of Aeons that does 550 no longer exists due to balancing reasons in the game. You can't get that sword any longer unless you only own the original Fable.

As for maxing out all the stats it is easy to do. As was mentioned before you need physical shield and some patience. When you are on the "Stop Jack of Blades" quest or "Graveyard Path" quest, switch on your physical shield. Kill the undead in the "Graveyard Path" quest and kill the minions that spawn in the "Stop Jack of Blades" quest.

Minions give more xp than the undead so that is the route I usually go.
