stupid controls question
stupid controls question
This is really dumb, but how do you open doors in the village? the end and tab buttons don't seem to do anything.

There are a few ways. If you are trying to open closed doors to village houses, typically closed at night, then you can:
1. Bash them down with your fists by targeting the door like you would a villian, and then hit it a few times. Note: you will get bad points for this.
2. If you have enough points in gile, then you can lock pick the door.
Otherwise you can just wait till morning and they should all be open.

Won't that attract any guards? I remember 'trespassing' in Bowerstone did.
And I don't think the merchants trade at night (at least not if you're bashing into their homes I think).

Almost always that will atract the guards you are correct; although there has been occasions that you can get away with it.
