You can fish for a free one to at windmill hill. Right when you enter there will be a pond area to your right. Fish the ripples and you'll get a wedding ring.

Go to any of the merchants that have glasses. Generally, these are the gift sellers in the game. They have potions and such all the way to wedding rings and other gifts for your ladies.
