Question, does this quest work for Nosferatu? I did give her blood at the beginning and just completed the Elizabeth Dane quest. Yet, I do not see her outside the tower or at my haven.

Yes it does work, normally, but after the ED quest you need to go above ground to meet her.

I've just got her in my apartment now. I was thinking of telling her to leave and go back to college cos I felt kinda bad lol, but hell, she probably wouldn't go anyway right with the blood bond and all...

Poe faced spoiler

Heather shows the player how ghouling works - give her your blood once and save her life - the medical records show she was a goner, then she becomes devoted and brings you presents and then finally - you eventually have to decide whether to keep her - third drink or ditch her.
if you keep her, she gives you a nice pressie, but then gets killed by the sabbat for being your ghoul.
the character would not expect that - so I keep her, justifying it by having given her a few extra days' life, and collect level 4 clothing - body armour.

...and I always rip the Sabbat apart with my bare hands - leastwise, those that kill her. they don't like me when I'm angry.
