Mark of Zenithar?

I cant buy stuffs and so beacuse the people says that they wont speak with a guy with the mark of Zenithar. That i have laid an oath or something. WHATS THAT?? help plz..

You have probably talked to a Khajit(don't remember the name) who want's you to deliver some clothes to Bivale Teneran in under skar(Aldruhn manor district), people won't trade with you until you have delivered the clothes, so try do that...

What do I do if I sold the shirts somewhere else, and now I can't find them?

Am I stuffed or is there a way around it?
