How to join Fighter guild

I started the game as a Zaur Rogue. I have made it to Fargrove and have joined the guild of mystery. Talking to Grunmeir about the fighter guild he never asked if I want to join? I only belong to the only the one guild and only have rogue class so far...

Did you go through his entire dialog menu? He doesn't ask you on the first screen.
