Maximum Damage Multiplier?

Post by Maxiemonster »

Is the a maximum Damage Multiplier? I've reached 250 today, but I don't think there's a limit. If there is, please tell me :) I'd love to know.

Oh. And for the people that don't believe me:

Nope, I don't believe that here is a limit.

My highest so far is 40, and that's not from beating my wife or anything.

Just going through Necropolis with a mixture of Enflame, Infernal Wrath, Physical Shield, and Mana Potions.

In order to get you combat multiplier that high you need to have the spell Physical Shield. Basically, if you have PS on then if you get hit your combat multiplier isn't effected; thus allowing you to rack up hefty multipliers. Typical area's to rack up the multipliers are the cemetery quest and the minions before the "kill jack of blades" quest. Happy hunting.

I play Fable: The Lost Chapters, and I got this multiplier from the group of 5 Wraiths in Archon's Shrine. Every time you kill them you get your damge mutiplier increased by about 15, and they respawn when you walk a little bit away from the spawnpoint :)

I personally have gotten a multiplier of just over 900, while trying to both max out my xp, and gain enough good points to lose my horns. By using PS, and having over 100 mana potions on me, I went to the prison path, where the zombies spawn indefinitely, and proceeded to drain my mind, while fighting for 4 hours there. On the bright side, I was fully good when I finished.

Also, incidentally, you can't get more than 999,999 general experience.

No limit what so evah! I once got a CM of little bit above 400. And, someone took a screenie of them having 5,000.

To get a high CM You must have a big mana bar, physical shield, and access to the Clifftop Path. ^^ Can't do this if your on the quest to save mummy though.
