Sterwick Campaign: Inter-Character Dialogue (Low Spam)
Tway was more than a little suprised by Kron's heroic actions and, in a dual-edged move, she leant forward and kissed him on the cheek. "Thank you Kron", she said, her voice filled with joy. Take that Sh'rarn!..
Sh'rarn shifted from foot to foot. He was uncomfortable seeing this for some reason. Obviously, he'd grown more attached to Tway than he had believed. Though he wasn't going to show that in front of her or Kron. Besides, it was only a kiss on the cheek, and Kron had saved them after all. What was happening to him? He sighed inwardly.

Tway pulled back, her veil of hair hiding the smile that graced her lips. She could hear Sh'rarn's nervous shuffling... so there was some hope! Stifling her smile she turned to the Paladin, the mischievous glint still in her eyes, "So, gentlemen, I suppose we should be checking the docks, the dark elf and tiefling hate will be thick on the ground for the next few days... we would be best securing passage as soon as possible..."

"Thankyou dear madam, though I must say our friend Sh'rarn would have liked one too, though the man is too shy to try. I will make sure that I save your life in the future as a result. But putting personal matters aside, Tway speaks the truth. We will need to be extremely careful, and even you Sh'rarn, after having made your decision, will be in danger. I believe that we should therefore do our errands under the cover of darkness, and use the temple to assist us for daytime activities."
Grinning, Kron was pleased with the results. Perhaps he could turn the lady, though it would be extremely difficult. Nothing a few more heroic acts couldn't do...

She could have given Kron another kiss, just for playing along so perfectly, even if he was unaware of the situation. Clutching her hand infront of her, Tway put on her most innocent school-girlish look; no easy feat for the usually sultry young woman. "Would Sh'rarn like a kiss too?" she asked, eyes wide and voice innocently questioning, stifling side-splitting laughter...

Sh'rarn blinked and rocked back slightly on his heels. Was she baiting him?
"I...uh...No, that won't be necessary, thank you".
Still slightly confused why she'd bait him over this he turned to Kron.
"Yes, it is likely that word of our escapade has spread and that many people are looking for persons of our description. It is possible that many ships will even refuse to take us aboard if they know it is us".

That Sh'rarn was feeling awkward pleased the tiefling mroe than a little, oviously his feelings for her were greater than he had lead himself to believe. With a still mishievous smile she turned to Sh'rarn and said, "Alright, but any time..." She left it hanging, more than a little hopeful that he would take her up on that offer.
Stepping back, she addressed both the men together. "If we are going to get us some tickets, I think it goes without saying that Sh'rarn should purchase them... The harbourmaster has met Kron, and even with my hood pulled back far enough to show my face, my features are hard to forget." Red-ebony hair, icy pale skin and, should anyone have noticed, those smoldering eyes. Yes, it would be best for Sh'rarn to do the trading...

Tway nodded, at seemed that she was going to Sterenear. A few weeks ago, had anyone told her she would be head over heels in love with an Aasimar and going to a strange island in the Sea of Swords, she would have told them they were crazy. But, here she was, her mind completely filled with merciless plans to win over Sh'rarn and planning to make sail as soon as possible... the fates worked in mysterious ways.
At was then, to Tway's good fortune, that the innkeeper huffed over, a pained expression on his face. "Good sirs and ma'am, it appears we have a problem," he started wringing his hands, obviously not pleased that this had happened. "Earlier, a mob came in here, looking for a drow, so they claimed, foolish business, hasn't been a drow in Baldur's Gate since that Dudden fellow came through here... anyway, they roughed up one of the rooms... one of your rooms." He gave a very pointed look at Sh'rarn. "Would it be at all possible for two of you to... share accomodations... free of charge of course..."
Before Sh'rarn, could respond, thought the question had obviously been aimed at him, Tway replied. "No problem at all my good man," she again threaded her arm through Sh'rarn's. "I'm sure we'll find a way to manage." Tway only just stopped a wide smile blossoming on her face...
Perfect...

Well, this was a highly...unorthodox situation. They went up the stairs to see the damage and whose room was now unusable. He was dismayed at the amount of damage, floorboards had been wrenched up, the bed torn apart, the window pane smashed, there was no way she could stay in here overnight. The room was Tway's, fortunately she hadn't lost much. Rangers seemed to carry their equipment around a lot, probably a habit of travelling in the wilderness. So Tway had to stay in someone else's room, either his or Kron's.
Though it shouldn't have really bothered him and by now he trusted Kron enough to know that she would be safe in his room, Sh'rarn much preferred the idea of her staying with him.
"I would be honoured if you stayed with me overnight, Tway". She practically lit up.

Lit up indeed. She expected to have to press him, practically blackmailing him with the thought of bedding Kron. But he had suggested it... perhaps the Paladin was harbouring some fantasies of his own. She nodded excitedly, quickly stuffing her strewn belongings into her pack, she swung it over one shoulder and rjoined Shrarn, this time pressing a against him a fair bit harder than he had before. Maybe he would notice, maybe he wouldn't, either way, it felt nice for Tway.
They stepped into the room, the single torch casting flickering light throughout the room, and giving it a surreal, if not arcane look. Tway shrugged off her pack, throwing it in the corner next to Sh'rarn's. With barely a second thought, Tway began to peel off her clothing. Modesty was something she had learned to do without, four years as a prostitute tends to warp one's perspective's about such things. Eventually, clad only in her flimsy undergarments, he returned to where Sh'rarn was rooted to the spot, standing slightly closer to him than was quite decent, "Well, are you going to undress, or do you always sleep in your chain-mail?.."

She pressed against him on the way back to Sh'rarn's room. A gesture of gratitude Sh'rarn presumed. One that wasn't entirely unwelcome.
They entered the room and just began to undress in front of him, he just stood there in mute shock, wondering if he should leave the room or what?
After Tway approached and asked wht he was doing, Sh'rarn turned around and looked for his pack, seeing it next to Tway's in the corner of the room.
Rummaging through, he found what he was looking for. A bedroll. Pulling it out of the pack, he laid it on the floor on the opposite side of the small room to the bed. Tway looked puzzled, "You're going to sleep in that indoors?!"
Sh'rarn replied "Yes, I wouldn't impose to sleep in the bed with you, nor force you to sleep on a bedroll."
He couldn't tell if she fully understood the reason or took it as an insult suggestion he wouldn't want to sleep in the bed with her. It certainly wasn't the latter though and he didn't want to jeopardise their friendship.
He thought he should make that clear to her though, "I don't want to do anything we might regret, that's why I'm sleeping on the floor. This is the best way".

A small pout appeared on Tway's lips. She couldn't expect too much from the Paladin, he was, after all, a Paladin. But she still had no intention of giving up yet. She shook her head slowly, pout still touching her lips, "No-no-no, that simply will not do, I am the one imposing on your room... if anything, I should be the one to use the bedroll."
As quickly as it had appeared, the pout was gone, replaced by a mischievous and thoroughly seductive smile. She struck a pose, showing of her more womanly features perfectly, "And I'm sure anything we got up to, you wouldn't regret..." She stalked up to him, hips swaying seductively, and placed a hand lightly on his chest. He voice was little more than a breath as she finished: "I know I wouldn't...

"Of course not, I invited you to my room as I invite you to use my bed. You're not imposing on me, I'm glad to have your company. If I hadn't wanted you to be in my room, I wouldn't have invited you". That last sentence could have potential misinterpretations, of course it was a case of seeing how much Tway really understood him.
"And I'm sure anything we got up to, you wouldn't regret...I know I wouldn't...
She was baiting him again. And he was losing his resistance. A great Paladin he was, Sh'rarn thought inwardly rolling his eyes. Now what could he say to the beautiful half-naked Tiefling standing in front of him?
Time for a serious question, "You really want to do this? Despite all of the possible consequences?"

He was weakening. Tway was sure it was thanks in no small part to the fact that she was standing, practically naked infront of him. But, fortune favours the bold... at least she hoped so.
She walked her fingers up his chest, until she finally reached his chin. She slipped her hand around the back of his neck and said, "Yes Sh'rarn, I really, seriously want to do this." Now was, of course, a perfect opportunity to kiss her, but she figured she better let the poor Aasimar have some free will of his own. Hopefully he wasn't that dense...

Tway joyfully leant into the kiss. Victory was hers! The only thing that stopped her doing a self-congratulatory dance was, of course, the fact that she was kissing Sh'rarn. She slipped her other arm around his neck, gently crossing them at the wrists.
Then there was the kiss...
For a, she assumed, innocent boy like Sh'rarn, he sure knew how to kiss. Whilst still a beginner compared to Tway, he had deffinate potential. Potential Tway would be sure to nurture. She puled back, taking a deep breath, approval obvious in her her eyes, with a mischievous smile she kissed him again. turning slightly, she began to guide him to the bed. This would be a night Tway would never forget...

It certainly wasn't a night to forget and he had no regrets. Waking up in the morning next to Tway, a small part of him wondered why he hadn't been more receptive earlier. Of course, the more logical side of him reminded of paladin vows and obligations, but he didn't see much wrong about it. They both were perfectly willing, after all...
Getting out of bed, careful not to wake her, he got dressed and went downstairs. Time to decide how to get passage to the island, though he was loathe to leave Tway behind, especially considering their new relationship and the crowd roaming the city looking for them. Anyway, he would wait, not wanting to leave before he had the chance to talk to her, if she so wished.

Tway was happy, blissfully, illogically, extatically happy. She slept a dreamless sleep the whole not... well, half the night. She woke for a moment when Sh'rarn rose, but immediately fell back into the blessed sleep.
Sune would be happy, fated lovers were her favourite, and there could be few more fated than an Aasimar and a Tiefling. She slept late, hours after dawn she awoke, light from the grimy window peppering her eyelids. With a yawn, and a slight pout that Sh'rarn was gone, she rose. Over a period of about half an hour, the dazedly located, and put on, her casual clothing, before stumbling down to the main room of the inn...

He had arrived at his destination, the docks. Kazar had managed to 'pursuade' a rich merchant to handover his tickets, in return for half their price. The merchant did not of course object when he learnt of the pursuasiveness of the blade of Kazars axe. He did not know when the ship would sail, but until then he would find somewhere to rest.
A dwarf was seen sleeping in the corner of the ship. No one care who he was, as long as he didn't get in anyones way, and on that day he slept peacefully for the first time in many days
